Forgot Your Password?

Email Hosting: I forgot my email hosting password for my email service...

If your password is not working or you have forgotten your email service password, follow the steps below:

1 - When you had signed up for email service, you had received a welcome page that we had suggested that you print and keep in a safe place. If you had printed that document, please locate it. It would have both your username and password on it.

2 - Check to make sure that your CAPS lock is off. If it is on, turn it off and then try logging in again.

3 - Exit the EmailHosting.com page by closing it. Then, launch another browser and go to http://www.emailhosting.com and click on My Account and attempt to login again.

4 - Is your email account the main administrative account or is it a sub-account? If it is a sub-account and you are not the user under which the billing exists, please contact the main user and ask that they reset your password for you. They may login to the main admin account and click on Settings, Email Account Management and then select your account from the list and click on the Edit button at the bottom of the page. Then, they may change your password directly from that form.

5 - If you are the main admin user and you are still unable to login, please contact us at support@emailhosting.com from an account that you can receive email through such as your gmail, yahoo or hotmail account. If you had supplied us with an alternate email address when you had signed up, then please use that email address when contacting us. Simply provide us with the first 4 digits of the credit card on file along with your username and request to have your password reset.

Please note that none of our employees can view your current password or supply your current password back to you; and so, we must reset it. If you have forgotten your username, simply send us a message and provide us your name so that we can attempt to look it up for you.

Email Marketing: I forgot my email marketing password...

If your password is not working or you have forgotten your email marketing password, follow the steps below:

1 - Check to make sure that your CAPS lock is off. If it is on, turn it off and then try logging in again. Make sure you select Email Marketing from the drop-down list when logging in.

2 - Exit the EmailHosting.com page by closing it. Then, launch another browser and go to http://www.emailhosting.com and click on My Account and attempt to login again.

Web Hosting, Domain Names, SSL: I forgot my administrative password for logging into these services...

If your password is not working or you have forgotten your email service password, follow the steps below:

1 - Check to make sure that your CAPS lock is off. If it is on, turn it off and then try logging in again. Make sure you select Domain Names, Web Hosting or SSL from the drop-down list when logging in.

2 - Exit the EmailHosting.com page by closing it. Then, launch another browser and go to http://www.emailhosting.com and click on My Account and attempt to login again.

3 - If you are still unable to login, please contact us at support@emailhosting.com from an account that you can receive email through such as your gmail, yahoo or hotmail account. If you had supplied us with an alternate email address when you had signed up, then please use that email address when contacting us. Simply provide us with the first 4 digits of the credit card on file along with your username and we will be able to supply you with your password.

If you have forgotten your username, simply provide us with your name, your domain name, web hosting or ssl service and the first 4 digits of the credit card on file and we will be able to look it up for you.
